• E-Tickets and Security: All tickets are electronic and feature a unique, one-time use QR code for security. Physical tickets will not be issued.
• Single Entry: Each ticket allows for one entry only. Re-entry is not permitted after leaving the festival grounds.
• Official Purchase Only: Tickets are non-transferable and valid only when purchased through the official Somewhere Out There Festival ticketing page. Resale is prohibited.
• Ticket Validity: Damaged or tampered tickets may result in refused entry.
• Wristband Policy: The festival wristband must be worn throughout the event and is non-transferable. Removal or tampering will invalidate the wristband, and replacements will be subject to the at-door ticket price.
• Right of Admission and Ejection: The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals who violate event rules, exhibit illegal, disorderly, or offensive conduct, fail to provide ID or proof of age, or refuse security searches. No refunds will be issued in such cases or for non-attendance.
• Prohibited Items: Bringing alcohol or illicit drugs into the festival is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in ticket forfeiture, removal from the site, a permanent ban, and potential police referral for illegal substances.
• Venue Damage and Harm: The Event Organiser reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who damage the venue, its infrastructure, or harm others at the event.
• Age Restriction: Entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and over on the day of the event. Proof of identity and age will be required at the entrance.
  Event Program Changes: The Event Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the event program, including artists and activities, where reasonably necessary.
• Weather Policy: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to inclement weather.
• Refund and Exchange: Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the entire event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Event Organiser. Cancellation announcements will be made on the Somewhere Out There's Instagram page.
• Refund Limitations: Refunds will only cover the face value of the ticket and will not include transaction fees or any additional expenses such as travel or accommodation arranged by the ticket holder. Proof of purchase is required for any refund.
• Outside Food and Drinks: No outside food or beverages are permitted within the event space.
• Recommended Attire: As this is an outdoor event, attendees are strongly advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for all weather conditions and bring personal insect repellent and sunscreen as needed.
• Media Consent: By attending the festival, you consent to be included in any photography, film, and/or sound recordings, which may be used for future marketing, promotional purposes, or provided to police or security if required.
• Liability: The organiser will not be held responsible for any personal loss, damage to personal property (including bags, money, or other items).
