BUBBLING & BOILING Music and Arts Festival is the flagship music festival brand launched by Sparkle Live Entertainment. With its international artist lineup, innovative thematic settings, and diverse artistic performances, it has quickly emerged as one of China's most prominent music festival IPs. It is also the first original Chinese live entertainment IP to be invited by the Singapore Tourism Board. The Singapore edition of the BUBBLING & BOILING Music and Arts Festival will be held on September 13–14, 2025, at the Resorts World Ballroom in Sentosa.

This is an all-standing event;

门票一经售出，概不退换或取消；
（票品为有价票券，席位有限，非普通商品，其背后承载的文化服务具有时效性，稀缺性等特征，一经购买即已占用席位，不支持退换。）

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. (Tickets are priced items with limited availability and are not ordinary goods. They represent time-sensitive and scarce cultural services. Once purchased, a seat is reserved and therefore refunds or exchanges are not supported.);

如因护照缺失/失效/被拒签/入境材料不全导致无法观演，门票费用概不退换。请您提前规划好行程，做好行程所需所有准备；

No refund will be issued due to missing/expired passports, visa rejection, or incomplete travel documents. Please plan your trip and prepare all necessary documents in advance;

严禁转售，所有门票(含电子凭证)禁止以任何形式转售、转让或赠与他人(包括加价、平价、折价、送等)。若因转售导致无法入场或引发其他法律后果的原购票人需自行承担全部责任；

Resale is strictly prohibited. All tickets (including electronic vouchers) could not be resold, transferred, or gifted to others in any form (including at a higher price, face value, discounted price, or for free). If resale results in denial of entry or any legal consequences, the original ticket purchaser shall bear full responsibility;

请认准官方渠道购票，通过未经授权的渠道(如个人转卖、非官方平台、社交群组、二手平台等)购票，将无法保证门票真实性与有效性，购票者需自行承担无法保证门票真实性与有效性及退款、入场等相关责任，请乐迷朋友们提高警惕，谨防受骗；

Please purchase tickets only through official authorized channels. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources (such as personal resellers, unofficial platforms, social media groups, second-hand marketplaces, etc.) cannot be guaranteed for authenticity or validity. Buyers will be solely responsible for any issues related to ticket authenticity, refunds, or entry. We urge all fans to stay vigilant and beware of scams;

Please keep your electronic ticket voucher safe and do not share or display it to others via screenshots, screen recordings, photos, or any other means. Any loss or consequence resulting from information leakage and subsequent denial of entry shall be borne by the individual;

切勿重复购票，若同一观演人在同一个或多个平台重复购买同场次门票，即为同一人重复占用多个有限演出席位，因重复购票造成订单无效等损失的由购票人及观演人自行承担，各平台将不再另行通知；

Do not purchase duplicate tickets. If the same attendee purchases tickets for the same show on one or multiple platforms, it will be considered multiple seat reservations by the same person for a limited-capacity event. Any losses resulting from duplicate orders being deemed invalid shall be borne solely by the purchaser and attendee. Ticketing platforms will not issue separate notifications regarding such cases;

使用未成年人信息购票的，若购票订单成功生成并完成支付，其购票行为已占有有限的观演席位，观演人信息为未成年观众的，视为已经过法定监护人准许购票，相关责任由其法定监护人承担，与票务平台、主办方无关；

If ticket purchases are made using minors’ information and the orders are successfully generated and paid, the purchases are considered to have reserved limited seats. When the attendees are minors, it is deemed that the purchases have been authorized by their legal guardians. Any related responsibilities shall be borne by the legal guardians and have no relation to the ticketing platforms or event organizers;

年龄及身高限制：由于音乐节现场人员较密集，根据演出所在地的安全管理要求，怀抱婴儿、12周岁以下儿童（以出生日期为准）以及身高1.2米以下观众谢绝入场；12周岁（含）及以上儿童、身高1.2米（含）以上的观众一律凭票入场，敬请谅解；

Age and Height Restrictions:
Due to crowd nature of the music festival and in accordance with local safety regulations:

• No admission for Infant in arms and children under 12 years of age (based on date of birth);
• No Admission to individuals less than 1.2m in height;
• All attendees aged 12 and above and those with a height of 1.2 meters or taller must hold a valid ticket for entry. Thank you for your understanding;

如果演出因不可抗力因素取消，主办方不承担因演出取消或延迟而产生的交通费、住宿费等费用。

If the event is canceled due to force majeure, the organizer will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement, including but not limited to transportation and accommodation costs
