NEON Countdown 2025 – 票务条款与细则
1 门票与价格
-所有门票均以泰铢（THB）计价，含税（如无特殊说明）。
-服务费及支付渠道手续费不予退还。
-门票以电子二维码形式发送，请妥善保管购票确认邮件及二维码。
2 入场规定
*年龄要求：仅限年满20周岁及以上观众入场，请携带有效带照片身份证件。
-请留意官方渠道公布的开放与停止入场时间，建议提前抵达，错峰进场。
-入场需接受安检。禁止携带武器、违禁品、烟花爆竹、外带食品/饮料及专业录音录像设备。
3 退票、转让与转售
-门票一经售出，恕不退换，不支持升级或更改。
-严禁以高于原价或商业目的进行转售，违规门票将被作废且无法入场。
-如遇活动延期，门票自动延期至新日期使用，无需额外操作。
-若活动整体取消，将于30个工作日内按原支付渠道退还门票票面金额（不含手续费)。
4 活动变动说明
-演出阵容、时间及场地如有调整，请以官方最终公布为准，相关变动不构成退票理由。
5 不可抗力
-因不可抗力（如极端天气、政府规定、公共卫生事件等）造成的活动延误或取消，主办方不承担责任。
6 健康与安全须知
-观众需自行承担参加活动的风险，并自觉遵守当时官方公布的健康与安全管理要求。
-现场配备专业医疗和急救人员，保障观众安全。
7 肖像权及影像声明
-购票及入场即视为同意被官方摄影摄像，相关照片及视频可用于活动记录、直播及未来宣传推广，无需另行支付报酬。
8 免责说明
-除主办方存在重大过失外，主办方、场地方、票务平台及赞助商不对活动期间因个人原因产生的人身伤害、财产损失等承担责任。
9 隐私声明
-购票所需个人信息仅用于本活动及相关服务，相关数据将遵循PLVR与NEON倒数音乐节的隐私政策及适用法律规定妥善处理。
10 法律适用与争议处理*
-本条款适用泰王国法律。若发生争议，将依照联合国国际贸易法委员会（UNCITRAL）仲裁规则，在曼谷由独任仲裁员进行仲裁，仲裁语言为英文。
NEON Countdown 2025 – Ticketing Terms & Conditions
1 Tickets & Pricing
-All prices are stated in TBH and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
-Service charges and payment‑gateway fees are non‑refundable.
-Tickets are delivered electronically; keep your QR code and purchase e‑mail safe.
2 Admission Policy
*Age Restriction: 20 years and above. Valid photo ID required.
-Final entry time may apply; check official social channels for gate hours.
-Security checks are in place. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, outside food/drink, and professional recording gear.
3 Refunds, Transfers & Resale
-All sales are final. No exchanges or upgrades once a purchase is complete.
-Resale above face value or for commercial gain is forbidden and voids the ticket.
-If the event is postponed, tickets automatically transfer to the new date.
-If the event is cancelled in full, face‑value refunds (excluding fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days.
4 Event Changes
-Line‑up, schedule, and venue are subject to change. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
-The organiser is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government regulations, public‑health emergencies).
-You attend at your own risk and agree to comply with any health guidelines in force at the time of the event.
-Qualified first‑aid personnel will be on‑site.
-By entering the venue you consent to being photographed or filmed for event documentation, live streams, and future promotional use without compensation.
-Except in cases of gross negligence, the organiser, venue, sponsors, and ticketing partner shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred at the event.
-Personal data collected during ticket purchase is processed by PLVR and NEON Countdown in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data‑protection laws.
-These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled by arbitration in Bangkok under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules by a sole arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.
